An agency found its missing capacity without hiring
A 20 to 30 person digital agency came to us to plan a hiring round. The founders were spending 70 to 80% of their week inside the operation. Six weeks later they were taking on more work, with nobody new on the payroll.

Two co-founders stopped making the same decision twice
A 25 person agency where both founders led everything, in parallel. Clients kept arriving and the partnership was wearing through. We rebuilt the decision map before it reached the business.
