The first conversation is a conversation and not a pitch. If we are not the right people for the problem, we will say so.
Describe the situation in your own words.
Include the parts that are still unclear. The more context you give, the more useful the reply.

What happens after you send this.
A senior person reads it
Not a form handler. You get a real reply within two business days. If we are not the right people for the problem we will say so, rather than put you through a call to find out.
A short fit conversation
Where the situation looks like a fit, the next step is a fit conversation of about thirty minutes with one senior BYOND/HEROIC lead, most often Mavi. It is free. A specialist does not join this call: expertise is assembled around the problem once it is diagnosed, not staffed before it.
What you leave knowing
Whether BYOND/HEROIC is the right fit for the situation and, if so, what the next paid step would be.
The fit conversation is not the diagnosis. It exists to establish whether this is the right firm, whether the problem sits inside our scope, and what the appropriate next paid step would need to be. Root cause analysis, a named constraint, a written recommendation and intervention design are diagnostic work. Any diagnostic or intervention work begins only once scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
The Audit.
The Audit is a defined diagnostic at a fixed, published price: a two-week diagnostic engagement around one business problem, with structured evidence, a 90-minute diagnostic session, senior analysis, a written Diagnostic Brief and a final readout. See what the Audit covers →
